Dynamic AT&T service message template
This project was a dynamic AT&T service message template used for account and product updates. I built the layout and personalization logic to support conditional copy, channel specific messaging, and graceful fallbacks when customer data was missing. The goal was a clear, brand consistent system email that stayed readable and trustworthy across devices and inboxes.
On the technical side, the template was designed for reliability and scale, with lightweight markup, safe dynamic fields, and thorough client testing. It was optimized for fast load times, strong deliverability, and accessibility, making it a reusable foundation for high volume service communications.
